文章大意＆心得
對於一家市值近七千億的上市大公司CEO來說，馬斯克真的是企業家裡少數個性豪放、不盡名利、勇於挑戰創新的。也因為馬斯克的遠見及執行力，讓新創的TESLA在短短幾年內變成全球市值最高的汽車製造商。
但他卻一再的表示其實他不是很想、不是很喜歡甚至是有點討厭擔任首席執行官，不管是哪家企業或是公司，他只希望他能好專注在研發、工程設計。也因馬斯克此個性讓許多投資人感到憂心，甚至擔心他把錢浪費在新創事業上而起訴他。
這讓Tina覺得雖然馬斯克擁有巨大的財富，但他卻不會止步於此而是繼續朝自己的目標及夢想邁進。明明可以坐擁財富退休過安寧的日子，卻仍舊不停的投入資金在新創事業上來完成自己的夢想，而且為了無後顧之憂投入心力及時間也可以不惜辭去CEO的身分，十分佩服！
Main Idea & My Thoughts
For the CEO of a large company with a market value of nearly 700 billion, Musk is the one who is with unrestrained personality and love challenge and innovation. It is also the reason why TESLA has become the world’s most valuable automaker in just a few years, because of Musk’s vision and execution.
But he has repeatedly said in fact, he doesn’t really want to, doesn’t like or even hates to be a CEO. No matter which company it is, he only hopes that he can focus on R&D and engineering design. Musk’s personality is also caused many investors feel precarious, and even sued Musk for worrying that he was wasting money on new start up enterprise.
This makes Tina feel that although Musk has considerable wealth, he never stops but continue to move towards his goals and dreams. Obviously, he can retire and live with a peaceful life, but he still keeps investing money in new enterprises and projects to fulfill the dreams. And he even can give up to be a CEO in order to put all time and effort into new enterprises’ develop and research. I am very impressed!
