文章大意＆心得
一位牧民在南非一個小村莊挖掘出一塊石頭後，旁人推斷是塊有價值的石英。讓大批尋寶者亦或是追求財富自由的人開啟挖礦熱潮。
其實讀完這篇文章時，Tina感到些許哀傷。過往政府執行種族隔離的制度雖已廢除，但現實上在南非還是有些不平等的情況發生。裂痕猶存，而長期造成的偏見也不是那麼容易消除的。
讀這篇新聞時，Tina並不覺得那些想挖礦致富的人異想天開，因為他們社會所帶來的影響導致他們覺得有一絲絲可以讓生活過得更好的機會都願意去嘗試，給自己多一些希望。
這也使我們懂得更加珍惜這平等且富足的生活，並不是一定要賺幾千萬幾億才能過上富裕幸福的日子，衣食無缺的我們已該知足。
Main Idea & My Thoughts
After a herder dug a stone in a village in South Africa, and others inferred it seems like a valuable quartz. This make amount of treasure hunters and those who pursue financial independence start to mine in this area.
In fact, Tina felt down after reading this news. Although the apartheid policy has been abolished, there are still some inequalities situation in South Africa in reality. The cracks still exist, and the long-term prejudice is not easy to eliminate.
While reading this news, Tina doesn’t think those who want to mine to get rich are whimsical or ridiculous. Because the economic situation of society makes them feel if there is a chance can make life better, they are willing to try as hard as they could.
This also makes us understand that we need to cherish the equality and prosperous life. What we think of the ordinary needs like eating, drinking full and dressing warmly is the biggest dream for those people.
