文章大意＆心得
花旗銀行的英國老闆表示他覺得員工一起在辦公室辦公會更團結、讓公司業務發展更好，因此在疫情有逐漸趨緩控制下加上員工有陸續接種疫苗，花旗計畫讓員工每週回到辦公室工作三天。
不僅是花旗，另一大金融公司－摩根大通也有消息表示已要求內部員工上報疫苗接種的狀態，預計七月開始能回辦公室辦公。
Tina看到此篇新聞第一時間心情是感到開心的，感覺國外疫情終於撥雲見日。但想到因為各國接種疫苗的人數遠大於台灣，才能開始陸續解禁。但台灣現在疫情還是有點嚴峻，不知道何時才能重回辦公室，有點想念和同事姊姊休息時的哈拉時光。
Main Idea & My Thoughts
The British boss of Citi bank said that he thinks employees working together in the office will be more united and better for company’s business development. Therefore, as the COVID-19 epidemic has gradually slowed down and some employees have been vaccinated. Citigroup is planning to let staffs work from office three days a week.
Not only Citi bank, but also other financial companies are planning to return office. The biggest bank in US, JP Morgan, also reported that it has requested internal employees to state the vaccination status. And JP Morgan is expected staffs to return to the office to work in July.
Tina was happy when I saw this news, and felt that the epidemic abroad has finally relieved. But I think it’s because the number of people vaccinated in countries is much larger than Taiwan, the ban on cities can be gradually lifted. However, the epidemic situation in Taiwan is still severe now. I don’t know when I can work from the office and now I really miss the leisure time when I chatted with my colleagues.
