文章大意＆心得
美國總統川普一直把這周三四月二日想訂為美國的解放日，同時也要在這天宣布美國對各國的大規模關稅政策。
川普上任後一系列的政策導致全球各國反應不小，如今川普甚至提出要加收不少各國貨物進口美國的關稅。但關稅調整政策還是依舊是個謎，要到週三才能有具體的資訊。目前只知道會在川普這次新任期的首次玫瑰園新聞發佈會上公布計畫，應該啦 (如果沒再變動的話)。
不過雖然主打計畫是關稅互惠政策，似乎等於這國你課我美國進口貨物多少稅，我美國就也要和你這國出口到美國的貨收多少。但實際上真的能如此順利實施嗎？川普甚至在周日表示，將對所有國家實施互惠關稅政策……
雖然這項政策可能川普初衷是要保護美國本地產品，但也可能因此改變美國人的消費習慣。進而也得思考會不會美國本地製造的產品價格也提升，然後國人也不願再花更多錢購買一些非必要性的商品，導致通貨膨脹、經濟率退的情形發生。

Main Idea & My Thoughts
The U.S. President Trump has promoted this Wednesday, April 2nd, as America’s Liberation Day. And will also announce the United States’ large-scale tariff policy on various countries on this day.
A series of policies implemented by Trump after he is o position have caused significant reactions from each country around the world. Now Trump has even proposed to increase tariffs on goods imported into the United States. But the tariff adjustment policy remains a mystery and confirm decision will not be available until Wednesday. All we know now is that the plan will be announced at Trump’s first Rose Garden press conference in his new term, which should be the case (if there are no further changes today).
However, although the main plan is a tariff reciprocity policy, it seems to be equivalent to the fact that whatever tax you impose on my imported goods from the United States, I, the United States, will also charge the same amount for your goods exported to the United States. But can it really be implemented so smoothly in reality? Trump even said on Sunday that he would implement a reciprocal tariff policy for all countries…
Although Trump’s original intention of this policy is protecting American domestic products, it may also change Americans’ consumption habits.
