文章大意＆心得
去年開始中國向澳洲葡萄酒收取貨物進口關稅高達218%，這導致商品變相得漲價，進而影響在中國市場的銷量。於是澳洲對此經濟政策十分不滿，已反應此爭議給WTO。
除了新聞主要提到的葡萄酒被加收關稅外，連同澳洲的大麥、牛肉和煤炭也早已被中國強徵關稅制裁。這經濟脅迫也導致中國及澳洲兩國最近外交關係趨於緊張、惡化。
Tina因為工作行業及公司品牌銷售關係，比較常聽到的是歐盟對於中國的鋼鐵原料進口有反傾銷的規定，會要求徵收關稅。這還是Tina第一次聽到中國反應他國在進口販售商品低於一般市場價格，打壓其他競爭者，有貿易傾銷手法的嫌疑。中國人口眾多，的確是市場上的一塊大餅，若無法和平解決此類貿易問題，無疑會造成國家經濟上的難題阿。
Main Idea & My Thoughts
Since last year, China has begun to impose anti-dumping duty on Australian wine as high as 218%! It led to disguised goods price, which affected sales in the Chinese market. Therefore, Australia is very dissatisfied with this economic policy and has taken the controversy to WTO.
In addition to wine mentioned mainly in the news, Australia’s barley, beef and coal have also been imposed tariff for China trading sanctions. This economic coercion is also made more tensions and deterioration in diplomatic relations between China and Australia recently.
Because of company industry and the supply chain job, Tina knows that EU countries have anti-dumping duties on China’s steel raw material. This is my first time to hear China reacted other countries’ commodity is lower than general market price. And suppressing other competitors, so it suspected trade dumping. China has large population and is indeed a huge market. If such this kind of trade issue cannot be resolved peacefully, it will undoubtedly cause many problems in the country’s economy.
